Expect snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts where snow showers are most persistent. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph as temperatures fall into the 20s at lower elevations and teens above 2,500 feet. Sudden visibility reductions to 1/4 mile or less will be possible in the heaviest snowfall. * WHERE...Harlan and Letcher Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slushy and slick road conditions, especially at elevations above 1,500 feet.
