waves 6 to 11 ft expected. Winds shifting north Friday
afternoon.

* WHERE...Seul Choix Point to Point Detour MI and 5NM East of a
line from Fairport MI to Rock Island Passage.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 4 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
