* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25
knots and waves 7 to 10 feet. For the Gale Warning, southwest
winds to 35 knots and waves 14 to 18 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Ontario from Hamlin Beach
to the Saint Lawrence River.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Friday.
For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM Friday to 2 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Information: 
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
