For the winds, northwest Sundowner winds 15-30 mph with gusts 35-45 mph. Local gusts to 50 mph near Gaviota and Refugio. * WHERE...Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast. * WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 6 PM PDT this evening. For the Wind Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 3 AM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
