to 40 kt and waves 5 to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Lake Superior from Upper Entrance to Portage Canal to
Manitou Island MI 5NM off shore to the US/Canadian Border and
Lake Superior West of Line from Manitou Island to Marquette MI
Beyond 5NM from shore.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
