The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon to 8 PM CDT Thursday. * Timing...Thursday from noon until 8 PM. * Wind...Southwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph. * Humidity...As low as 11 percent. * Fuels...Critically dry. * Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly.
