* AFFECTED AREA...In Oregon, the southeastern portions of Fire
Weather Zone 624 covering the Fremont National Forest south of
Summer Lake. In California, Fire Weather Zone 285 covering
Modoc County except for Surprise Valley.

* WINDS...Southwest to west 10 to 20 mph with gusts 25 to 35 mph.

* MINIMUM HUMIDITY...8 to 15 percent.

* DURATION...3 to 7 hours.
