* WHAT...For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions. Additional
snow accumulations up to three inches. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph. For the Winter Weather Advisory, lake effect snow expected.
Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Alger County.

* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 7 PM EST this evening. For
the Winter Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST
Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
