...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST /11 AM EST/ TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 10 to 19 below zero
are expected.

* WHERE...all of of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western
Kentucky, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST /11 AM EST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and
hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures.

Information:
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
