* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to less than one nautical mile. For the Small Craft
Advisory, southwest to west winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to
30 kt and waves 2 to 5 ft expected.

* WHERE...Black River to Ontonagon MI and Ontonagon to Upper
Entrance of Portage Canal MI.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/
this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM EDT
/midnight CDT/ to 7 PM EDT /6 PM CDT/ Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.
