* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, northwest winds 25 to 35 kt with
gusts up to 45 kt and waves 11 to 16 ft occurring. For the
Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 30 kt and waves 6
to 11 ft expected.

* WHERE...Grand Marais to Whitefish Point MI.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 AM EST Friday. For the
Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Information:
