Higher amounts up to 14 inches possible in the higher terrain of the Keweenaw. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Keweenaw and Northern Houghton Counties. * WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 2 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.
