Total snow accumulations between 5 and 8 inches, heaviest along and north of US-2. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Dickinson and Menominee Counties. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.
