* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected at
times. Locally lower wind chills may briefly occur over the
highest elevations.

* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...These very cold conditions could result in hypothermia
if precautions are not taken.

Information: 
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
