...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow and patchy blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations
up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing and drifting snow, frequently
reducing visibility below a half mile, will make travel dangerous,
especially in open country. The hazardous conditions will impact
the Monday evening commute.
