* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected are expected through 7PM. Winds shift to the northwest at
20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected from 9 PM through 4
AM.

* WHERE...In Iowa, Mills, Montgomery, and Pottawattamie Counties. In
Nebraska, Butler, Douglas, Sarpy, Saunders, Cass, Lancaster, and
Seward Counties.

* WHEN...Until to 4 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
