Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Defiance, De Kalb and Allen IN Counties. For the Saint Joseph River Ohio...including Montpelier, Newville... Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville.
