* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southwestern Athens County in southeastern Ohio...
Northwestern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio...
Northeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain
closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 914 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported numerous roads that
were flooded in the warned area due to heavy rain from earlier
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mcarthur, Albany, Zaleski, Carpenter, Radcliffe, and Creola.

Information: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
