Trask River near Tillamook affecting North Oregon Coast Range Lowlands and Tillamook County Coast zones. * WHAT...Flooding is possible. * WHERE...Trask River near Tillamook. * WHEN...Until early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Above 16.5 feet, expect minor flooding along the lower Trask River.
