For the Hazardous Seas Warning, north winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and very steep and hazardous seas 8 to 11 ft at 8 seconds expected. * WHERE...All of the area will have winds and seas hazardous to small craft. Warning level seas are expected from 10 to 30 NM from shore and south of Nesika Beach. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT Friday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM Thursday to 2 AM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
