10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt south of Cape Blanco. Seas
5 to 8 ft at 10 seconds.

* WHERE...All of the area.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
damage smaller vessels.
