...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MDT SATURDAY... * WHAT...Periods of moderate to heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet. Winds gusting as high as 65 this afternoon, diminishing to 25 to 35 mph tonight. * WHERE...The Highwood, Little Belt, Judith, and Snowy Mountains. * WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult and tire chains may be required for some vehicles. Those in the backcountry should ensure they are prepared for dangerous conditions.
