For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 12 expected. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 19 expected. * WHERE...Brooks, Coastal Kenedy, Inland Kenedy, Inland Willacy, Jim Hogg, and Northern Hidalgo Counties. * WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 10 AM CST this morning. For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 8 AM CST this morning. For the second Freeze Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
