* WHAT...For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
as low as 14. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as
low as 21.

* WHERE...Aransas Islands, Calhoun Islands, and La Salle Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions
could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage
unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Information: 
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
