...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE PARADISE AND HAGEN BURN SCAR IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall
are possible over the Paradise and Hagen burn scar.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Oregon, including the following area,
Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon and southeast Washington,
including the following area, Northwest Blue Mountains.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall over the Paradise and Hagen burn scar 1 to
1.5 inches is expected during the period of the watch. Residents
near the Paradise and Hagan burn scar should prepare for potential
debris flow. Be sure to stay up to date with information from local
authorities. Heavy rainfall could trigger flash flooding of
low-lying areas and debris flows in and near recent wildfire burn
scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- National Weather Service Meteorologists are forecasting heavy
rainfall over the burn scar, which may lead to flash flooding and
debris flows.

Meacham, Spout Springs, Tollgate, Bingham Springs, Minam, Ski
Bluewood, Gibbon, Hilgard, Troy, Kamela, Umatilla Reservation and
Kooskooskie.
