* WHAT...West to northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60
mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 4 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds can blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
