* WHAT...West to northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55
mph expected.

* WHERE...Adams, Clark, Juneau, Taylor, Buffalo, Jackson, La Crosse,
Monroe, and Trempealeau Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 1 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Any snow that occurs with these winds will
quickly lead to whiteout conditions and make travel very difficult.
