In West Virginia, Eastern Greenbrier, Monroe, Summers, and Western Greenbrier Counties. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to the cold, continue to use extra caution if traveling.
