The strongest winds will occur Thursday afternoon. * HUMIDITY...10 to 15% Wednesday afternoon and as low as 5% Thursday afternoon. Poor overnight recoveries Wednesday night, as low as 20% to 30%. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
