or more possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Hamilton and Northern Herkimer Counties.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of moderate to heavy snow will
develop late Friday morning, and continue into Friday night before
gradually tapering off Saturday morning.
